At Tortopian Premium, we take every precaution to ensure that your tortoise or reptile supplies arrive safely and in excellent condition. Every live tortoise is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and prepared for transport before leaving our facility.

Standard shipping is available for most eligible orders within our delivery network. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and whether your purchase contains live animals, habitats, or accessories. Delivery estimates are typically 2-7 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, health inspections, seasonal demand, and weather conditions.

For live tortoise shipments, delivery schedules are determined with animal welfare as our highest priority. Orders may be delayed during periods of extreme heat, freezing temperatures, severe storms, or other conditions that could compromise the safety of the animal during transit. If your shipment needs to be rescheduled, our customer support team will contact you promptly to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Certain oversized products, including large enclosures, habitat furniture, or bulky accessories, may incur additional shipping fees. These charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Orders shipped directly from one of our trusted breeding or supplier partners may require additional processing and delivery time. Likewise, deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer than our standard delivery estimates.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone at least 18 years of age is available to receive deliveries containing live animals. Tortopian Premium cannot be held responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it reaches its destination.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law or in cases where an error has occurred on our part.
